Hey there! I’m Nerlyne but I go by my middle name which is Maythaila. I’m a 30-something Black woman who lives in Toronto. I’m a versatile creative soul with a love for both the stage and the serene spaces we call home. As an actress, I’ve experienced the magic of storytelling and the art of creating captivating moments. And now, I’m in the midst of a fascinating transformation, studying to become an interior designer.
My journey into the world of design began when I ventured into entrepreneurship, owning my home staging and decorating business.Growing up I’ve always wanted to be an architect and during Covid I rekindled my love for Interior Design while taking classes to start my Home Staging business.It was here that I discovered my knack for curating spaces that not only looked aesthetically pleasing but also felt like an embodiment of personal style and comfort.
Back in 2011, at the tender age of 21, I embarked on a digital voyage by launching a lifestyle blog. Though life’s twists and turns led me down different paths, my passion for interiors, fashion, and the finer things in life never waned. Now, I’m excited to revive that initial spark and bring you fresh content, insights, and inspiration through this blog.
