Yesterday I got an exclusive sneak peek at the Fall 2023 Princess Margaret Lottery Showhome and OMG what a beauty!

I have been a member for many years now. Buying a ticket is a great way to help a great cause.. and to dream big! I never had a chance to tour the Showhome so I am very grateful that was I given this great opportunity! Here’s some quick facts about the home:

Okay let’s start with the kitchen. I personally love how the kitchen and great room were incorporated into one room this year. I’m usually not a fan of “open concept” spaces but when it is nicely done and properly defined like this; it’s a winner! The amount of natural light that comes in provides a lot of warmth and coziness to the room.

The formal dining room welcomes a soaring two-storey window-to-ceiling that overlooks the backyard and the pool. Let me tell you my jaw dropped when I entered the dining room! The first thing that came into my mind was my 12 feet Christmas tree in front of the window and the Holiday table centrepiece (I know we’re only in September.. it’s too early for Christmas decor) . It is just such a beautiful space. Again plenty of natural light floats in here.

The primary bedroom was definitely designed for a Queen! With a large walk-in closet, spa inspired ensuite, gas fireplace and a designated makeup/skincare space, I don’t know any women who wouldn’t be able to resist this space! I would personally never leave my room!

And now “La Pièce de résistance” the home spa located in the basement adjacent to the home gym. Again if I were the lucky winner, I would never leave my house! No gym membership required; the Showhome comes fully furnished including all the gym equipment. So all you have to do is call your masseuse so they can give you a well deserved massage in your own spa after a long exhausting day!
